Sweet and Sour Bean Curd Salad - Cambodia Recipes

Ingredients :
50ml oil
3 pieces bean curd (fried and diced)
3 pieces sardines (flaked)
1 carrot (julienned)
1 red chili, 1 green chili (all sliced)
1 large onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 purple cabbage
50g broccoli (cut into florets)
4 long beans (cut into 4cm sections
Sauce Ingredients:
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp tomato puree
1.5 tbsp tamarind puree
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp cornflour
60ml water

Method :
Heat oil. Add bean curd, all the vegetables and sardine. Stir-fry well. To prepare sauce: Thoroughly mix the sauce ingredients. Mix the cornflour with water and add to the sauce. Pour onto the beancurd combination. Stir to thicken. Serve warm.
